My professor asked me and my classmates to write about our research projects and for us to explain the inpact the research project has on our life.
I engaged in this journal process to answer this research question: Can the “three good things” gratitude process have a positive impact on my well-being? My data suggests that the “three good things” intervention in my daily life resulted in as a positive impact on my well being. I could say that me applying it to my daily life, it made things a lot easier for me, and looking back on that week, I realized it helped ease my mind. When I say “when i looked back on that week,” I mean that we were given a assignment by my professor, and the goal of that assignment was for us to journal three good things that happened to us each day for a week. Then what we were supposed to do with the information was to write about how it impacted our well being. By the end of that week we should of had 21 journal entries with the way it impacted our well being in a positive way.

My professor asked me and my classmates to write about the research project and to talk about what it means to me. I honestly couldnt tell you the struggle of writing this. I definally had a tough time deciding how to do research on three good things. I eventually got insight and began realizing what i needed to write and what i needed to research. My insight definally came from Jesus. He honestly has been the reason my three positive things has been helping me. He has been the one guiding me and keeping me away from all the negative stuff. Yes i didnt exactly include him in my research paper all that much but i would like everyone who reads this to know that Jesus is the reason ive been having such a positive week when doing the three positive things process. Every single one of us needs God. This world is a test and hes testing each and every one of you. If you read the bible and look at how the world is going today there are written prophecys that are actually happening in today's world. Everyone GOD IS REAL AND SO IS SATAN!!!! Everyone needs to open there eyes and ask Jesus into there hearts. You will be saved and be able to live in eternity with Jesus christ. The devil is a lier and he is trying to convince and trap human kind into the thinking of worldly ways. Hes trying to get people to join him and reject Christ. What we need to do is ask God to come into our lives and ask for his full forgiveness and believe that he died on the cross for our sins that he is our savior and he saved us with the blood of Jesus christ. Dont get caught up in the worldly ways. Hell is a real place and so is heaven. If you except Jesus into your heart as your lord and savior, I can gaurentee that Your life will be changed and you will automatically feel more positive and your eyes will be opened to a whole new world. please dont wait because nobody is promised a tomorrow. Do it for yourself right now. Cry out to Jesus even if you dont know what to say All you need to say is Jesus and he will show you what to say from there. Please it will be worth it in the long run.
First off I’m going to start this off with the fact that if you do positive things your life will nine times out of ten be better in that moment. I have expiereneced this techniqe multiple times. Yes not saying thus works for everyone, but would not you rather be positive over negative? Would not you rather have joy in your life over bitterness. Id say give this a try because you would feel a lot better in the long run. Imagine it this way, you feel like your having a awful week. You feel like everything is going completley wrong in your life. If you began to look back on the things that were bothering you and then took a look of some of the things you did that same day that may not have been that bad, maybe then you could feel alot better. What id do is record the three good things that happened to you that day, and then id also take the three bad things that happened and compare them. I would then analiyze those things and figure out ways to keep the bad out and keep the good in. At the end of the week you would have a whole jounral full of positive and negative things. My professor asked me and my classmates to write about our research project. The research project basically will be on the topic of The assignment Three good things. What that will be about is how that process has effected our life and that of in a positive way.
First off I have a idea of what id like to write for my research project. I don't want to give to much insight about it in my blog post because i believe that will be taking away the point of my research project. I will say that rthe three Good things assignment did help but i wouldnt say it came from that. I believe in something far more, much greater than that. I will be leaving it a mystery on the blog post because I would like to have more to say and more understanding about it on my research paper. The three good things come from something/someone. He wanted us to list three good things that had happened to us and to write about it. So by the end of the week we should have 21 journal entry.
October 30th, 2018- 1. Went to the gym: I felt a sign of relief after running those two miles 2. Someone said I was smart: That made the inside of me feel so joyful and happy and that person made my day. 3. Sleep: I went to bed and had a really good night sleep. October 31st, 2018 1. Work: Someone said i have a really pretty face. and it made me feel good. 2. Work: Its halloween and someone says they like my costume. 3. Family: I went out to eat with my Grandparents and we got time to bond while eating food. Novemeber 1st, 2018 1. Friend: I spent quality time and watched the christmas movie elf. It was so much fun. 2. Skating: I went skating with my friends and ate popcorn and laughed all day long. 3. TV: My favorite show came on and i got to binge watch it. Brought lots of joy to my life. Novemeber 2nd, 2018 1. Gym: I went to the gym and ran a solid 20 minutes and it made me feel really good because i was having a really bad day that day. 2. Friend: My friend let me come over to hangout and try and make my mood better. 3. School: I got a good grade on my one assignment and it made me feel really happy knowing i feel pretty crappy about myself. Novemeber 3rd, 2018 1. |
